More than one dozen independent local businesses are together under one roof in Old Town, offering a variety of beauty, fashion, wellness, and personal services. A grand opening and ribbon cutting was held on August 24, 2026, for Creative Community Suites located at 281 S. Magnolia Avenue. More than 100 community members, including Mayor Paula Perotte and District 2 Councilmember James Kyriaco, attended the evening filled with music, prizes, giveaways and offers. 

Creative Community Suites offers a wide variety of beauty services including lashes, makeup, waxing, nail art, manicures, tattoos, custom soaps, clothing, and services from licensed estheticians.

At the event Mayor Paula Perotte said, “This is such a wonderful business idea. Having so many different services together in one place makes it a convenient one-stop shop for the community.”

Councilmember Kyriaco said, “I am so proud to welcome this group of women owned businesses to Old Town Goleta. It’s wonderful to see local entrepreneurs bringing their talents and businesses to our community.”
